The service was wonderful. The gentleman that took my order gave me very good advice on placement and color of patches and wording to for a Very Special Backpack. He was “right on” It was a Special Backpack for my brother-in-laws First Granddaughter. I search the web for hours trying to find something that said Grandpa on it and was only able to find “Grandma”. The backpack matched a rolling suitcase for his granddaughter and said “Grandpa and Willow are Best Friends” Price was very reasonable. I WAS THRILLED as was the receiving family, better than I expected.
