Embroidery
Our team pays careful attention to the embroidery process to ensure you receive the quality expected. Your design will be digitized for embroidery. Digitizing creates software that our machines can read and then use to apply your embroidery design to the garment of your choice. We will embroider your design onto a swatch of fabric for your approval before going to production. With this process you are assured to get the results you are looking for.

Screen Printing
One of our specialties is custom screen printing. We screen print on various garments, and other printable items. Our graphic arts department can assist you in creating a design, logo or artwork based on your specifications. Upon completion of the design, we will send the final layout for customer approval before any screen printing takes place. Team Sports and Recreational League Sports – Custom screen printing and heat transfers for jerseys, t-shirts, uniforms and team apparel with team names, numbers and logos is also a specialty at Reno Embroidery Company supplying over 50 teams if four different sports locally every year.
Police Departments, Fire Departments and Local Municipalities – Reno Embroidery Company is a proud member of our community and we enjoy great working relationships with many of our local institutions in the Reno and the Lake Tahoe areas. Doing screen printing and embroidery for the Washoe County School District, Tahoe Douglas Fire Dept and the City of Reno Building and Safety Dept has made Reno Embroidery a top source for all our local agencies screen printing needs.
Custom Patches
Our custom embroidered patches are manufactured using the industry’s most advanced computerized looms and quality colorfast threads, are an exciting way to promote a colorful, 3- dimensional, lasting image for your group, organization, or company. Our patches are washable, dry-cleanable, shrink-proof, and are extremely durable. They will actually outlast most garments. Their locked merrowed borders will not unravel, fray, or curl. We also offer custom engraved PU-leather patches for a classic hat style.
Designing Your Patch:
Please send us a copy of your design, you can use the quote form below to attach you artwork and specify details. We accept images in any format below. You can also email us a sketch or drawing to info@renoembroiderycompany.
Artwork Requirements:
When emailing your patch design to us, send your file as a jpg, eps, .ai or .cdr.
Background Colors:
Important Note: These color samples are meant as a reference only; computer monitors vary greatly in the way colors are displayed.
